Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents to register the complaints of the petitioners dated 24.03.2015 in Ref:C.No.162/CCB/Visitors/2015 relating to the subject property and make an FIR and consequently for directions to the 1st respondent to investigate and take appropriate action in accordance to law.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioners dated 23.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. On a perusal of the complaint dated 09.04.2015, it appears that the opposite parties were impersonated the petitioners and registered certain documents. The complaints have been sent by post to various authorities.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioners are directed to give a fresh complaint to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Crime Branch, Chennai along with sufficient materials and on such complaint is being filed, the same shall be assigned to an Officer for enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police shall register the case and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
