ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.15361 of 2020 dated 22.10.2020.

2. In the said writ petition, this Court had directed the respondents to pass appropriate order, keeping in mind the orders passed by the Division https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Bench of this Court in W.A. (MD) No. 76 of 2019 dated 20.09.2019 and the 1/2

Cont.P.No.189 of 2021 decision of the learned Single Judge of this Court from the Madurai Bench vide order dated 18.11.2019 in W.P. (MD).Nos.23742 to 23744 of 2019. Pursuant to the same, an order dated 23.12.2020 has been passed by the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. According to the petitioner, the aforesaid order is in contempt.

3. I have perused the order passed by the respondent on 23.12.2020. The order is in compliance of the order of this Court. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. I do not find any merits in this contempt petition. This contempt petition is therefore closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy against order dated 23.12.2020 in accordance with law.
