The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, and 506(i) IPC, on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that neither a petition enquiry is pending nor a case is registered against the petitioners.
