The above Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking early disposal of the suit OS.No.176/2023, on the file of the Sub Court, Uthangarai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. A perusal of the records would show that an application in 1/3

I.A.No.1 of 2023 for the appointment of an Advocate Commissioner filed in the suit O.S.No.176 of 2023 is still pending.

4. Therefore, a direction for an early disposal of the suit cannot be given until the application is disposed of. However, the learned Sub Judge, Uthangarai is directed to dispose of the application (I.A.No.1 of 2023), within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5. With the above observations, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
