ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to issue a direction to the second respondent to register an FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner on 12.01.2022.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submit that based on the directions issued by this Court on 16.02.2022, a statement has been recorded from the petitioner and the case has been registered by the second respondent in Cr.No.57 of 2022 for the offences under Section 406, 441, 448, 454, 427, 380 and 506 (ii) IPC, against one Haneefa, Man Soil Builders Pvt Ltd, Choolaimedu, Chennai.
