ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 363 IPC and 5(1) r/w 6 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act 2012, in Crime No.625 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is a married man and the victim girl is a minor, who is aged about 17 years. The allegation is that the petitioner, kidnapped the victim girl and had sexual intercourse with her. Now investigation is pending.

3. Therefore, considering the serious nature of the offence and age of the victim girl, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The respondent police is directed to secure the petitioner and complete the investigation within a period of three months and file a charge sheet before the concerned Court and file a compliance report before this Court.
