ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.572 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police and consequently file the Final Report.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though F.I.R. was registered before one and half years, the respondent police has not chosen to complete the investigation and file final report. Hence, this case.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint given by the counter complainant, a case in Crime No.573 of 2021 was registered and both the case have been investigated following the police order and depending upon the out come of the investigation, final report would be filed. He further submitted that as a outer limit, final report will be filed within a period of three months.

4. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to complete investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
