Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Declaration to declare the Rule 3.1(a) of the 1st respondent notification dated 16.04.2011 which requires 4 years as Sub Inspector in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) as on 01.01.2010 including the period of basic training as the eligibility condition for sitting for the Limited Departmental competitive Examination to be held by the 2nd respondent for the purpose of filling up of vacancy of Assistant Commandant (Executive) for the vacancy year 2010 - 2011 as per the Ministry of Home Affairs Notification, New Delhi dated 16.04.2011 as illegal and in violation of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and quash the letter dated 02.05.2011 and for a consequential direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner for the post of Assistant Commandant (Executive) without reference to the said qualification.
