This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner and the property more fully mentioned in the schedule appended in O.S.No.5 of 2008 on the file of the I Additional District Munsiff Court, Puducherry.

2.Mr.Balamurugan, learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner has already been enquired and closed as civil in nature.

3.In view of the above, no further order can be passed by this Court and the parties shall workout their remedy before the Competent Civil Court.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
