ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 337 of IPC r/w Section 135(1)(d) of the Electricity Act 2003 in Crime No.583 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has without any proper permission from the electricity department he himself taking electricity connection and fencing his agriculture land on 11.12.2021 one Pazhanivel, S/o.Jeyaraman touch the electricity line and he got electrocution due to that he was injured. Since, based on the informant complaint the respondent had register the case against the petitioner. Hence the complaint.

3. On the side of the petitioner there is no representation for two hearings.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no representation of the petitioner for two hearings. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, there is no representation of the petitioner for two hearings, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
