(ii) To set aside the exparte order dated 19/01/2017 passed by this Honourable Court in O.S.A.No.162/2016 (in CMP.No.3297/18) in OSA.No.162/16 respectively.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.S.BAALAJI Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Cost of Rs.5000/- paid by the petitioner/3rd Respondent, which fact is not disputed by the other side.

Hence, the exparte order dated 19.1.2017 in respect of R3 is set aside.

These petitions are allowed.
