This Writ Petition is filed seeking for direction to the third respondent to accord approval for closure of the provident fund account, approve reemployment of the petitioner as BT Assistant from 01/012/2014 to 3/05/2015 and other consequential benefits.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the 2/4
respondent has settled the pensionary benefits of the petitioner as sought for in this Writ Petition, thereby cause does not survive.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent also confirmed the same.
4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

Since the pensionary benefits of the petitioner as sought for by the petitioner has been granted by the respondent and the same has also been confirmed by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed as no order can be passed.
