O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in WP.No.10130/2017 dated 26.04.2017.

2. Relying upon the Para 13 of the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that no enquiry was ordered by the Deputy Registrar under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983.

3. In view of the statements made in the counter affidavit, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate authority for grievance, if any.
