ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] According to the learned Standing Counsel for the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, the Writ Court has passed an order directing the third respondent to issue notice to the writ petitioner and the appellant herein and pass a fresh order after giving reasonable opportunity to submit their respective version. He would further submit that in pursuant to the said order, the third respondent has passed an order dated 19.10.2017 in Se.Mu.Ka.No.E3/25743/2003 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. A copy of the said order dated 19.10.2017 passed by the third respondent is produced before this Court, which is taken on file and recorded.

2. In the light of the above submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3, nothing survives for further adjudication.
