C.M.P.No.6862 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record F.Izzath Beevi, S.Zarinabe, S.Mohamed Saleem, S.Mohamed Meharaj, S.Hasan Kuthoos and S.Sirajudeen as legal heirs of the deceased petitioner in the above C.R.P.(NPD).No.2001 of 2014 and rank them as petitioners 2 to 7. 2.Mr.A.S.Kaizer, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner Sheik Maricar died and the petitioners 2 to 7 are the proposed parties and they are the only legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. 3.Mr.S.Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent submitted that he has no objection for ordering the above C.M.P.No.6862 of 2021. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition and recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent, C.M.P.No.6862 of 2021 is ordered. 5.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the C.R.P.(NPD).No.2001 of 2014.
