O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 19.12.2022 and to take a decision, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent issued a notification and called for an application to fill up the post of Post Graduate Assistant/Physical Director Grade - I, Computer Instructor Grade - I in School Education and other Departments during the year 2020-21. The petitioner also applied for the post of Graduate Assistant in Economics through online made on 14.10.2021. The petitioner also attended the examination conducted on 15.02.2022.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that she did not receive any call from the respondent and hence, she made a representation on 19.12.2022 in this regard. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions. 4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted the written instructions received from the Member of Teachers Recruitment Board. On going through the same, it is clear that the entire selection process has been completed and all the vacancies have been filled up. That apart, the petitioner had obtained only 71 marks and whereas, the cut off mark for Certificate

verification in Economics is 73 marks. Hence, the petitioner was not called for Certificate verification.

5.In view of the above, no useful purpose will be served in directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
