This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register and FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.03.2015 and investigate the matter in accordance with the law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police on 09.03.2015 and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending.

4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 09.03.2015 given by the petitioner and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
