This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif, Rasipuram to expedite and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.35 of 2023.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for permanent injunction against the respondents. The suit is of the year 2023.

3. A perusal of the adjudication typed set of papers and the e-Court records would indicate that issues in the suit have already been framed and the matter is adjourned from time to time. Due to the pendecy of interlocutory applications, the trial in the suit has not yet commenced.

4. Taking into consideration the year of filing of the suit and the absence of substantial progress, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.
