Heard Ms.R.Ramya, learned learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and Ms.G.Uma Maheswarai, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 3/Caveators.

This amendment is sought for on the strength of the Resolution that is said to have been passed by the appellant-Society on 22.12.2019. The respondents has filed a counter, in which, they have contended that no such Resolution has been passed and that in answer to their query raised under the Right to Information Act, the Assistant Director of Fisheries, Cuddalore has given a response that no such resolution has been passed on 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
C.M.P.No.882 of 2021 in S.A.No.379 of 2020 P.T.ASHA, J., srn the said date. In fact, the respondents had enclosed the Resolution that has been filed by the petitioners along with the petition in C.M.P.No.882 of 2021, along with their RTI query.

Considering the fact that such a response has been received by the Assistant Director of Fisheries, Cuddalore and taking note of the fact that the deponent, S.Elancheran has not been authorised by the Society, this petition is dismissed.
