Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, inspite of direction issued by this Court in the earlier writ petition field bearing W.P.No.6100 of 2018 dated 03.12.2018 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to give a plan, showing the schedule property as a house site to enable the petitioner to legally utilize the said land, as she has been allotted with the schedule property as per the deed of partition dated 05.06.1982 registered as Document No. 2435/1982 by considering the representation dated 17.08.2021 and the reminder dated 16.11.2021.
