This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the false complaint given by one Murugesan, the first respondent is harassing the petitioners. He would further submit that it is the habit of the second respondent to give complaints after complaint before various Authorities and the petitioners are unnecessarily harassed and thereby he would seek direction not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

3. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the complaint given by the second respondent Murugesan, enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.1074 of 2021, finding that the complaint pertains to the family dispute, the enquiry has been closed. He would further submit that the first respondent is not harassing the petitioners.

4. At this Juncture, learned counsel would submit that the second respondent has once again given a complaint before the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore. In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give a representation to the Commissioner of Police with regard to the earlier incidents.

5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
