This application is filed to file the reply statement in C.S.No.131 of 2015.

2. Pursuant to the written statement filed by the defendant, the plaintiffs sought leave of this Court to file reply statement to the contentions made by the defendants in the written statement.

3.Considering the reason stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the opinion that for completion of pleadings, the plaintiff has to be permitted to file the reply statement.

Hence, this application is allowed.
