C.M.P.No.2584 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent as proposed respondents/legal representatives 9 to 11 in the above appeal in A.S.No.387 of 2018.

2. C.M.P.No.2614 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent as proposed respondents/legal representatives 12 to 15 in the above appeal in A.S.No.387 of 2018.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, C.M.P.Nos.2584 and 2614 of 2021 are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment.
