This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation from the 2nd respondent to the 3rd or 4th respondent in Crime No.659 of 2013 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the second respondent police after investigation in Crime No.659 of 2013, has closed the complaint as "mistake of fact" and filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore on 23.05.2013. He further submitted that the closure report was also served to the defacto complainant and no protest petition has been filed. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that as on date there is no case pending as against the petitioner on the file of the second respondent police. 3.In view of the above submission, nothing further survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
