These applications are presented by the plaintiff to reopen the plaintiff's evidence, recall PW1 and receive the additional documents described in the Judge's summons.

2. Upon the death of the first defendant, the third defendant was impleaded as the legal heir of the first defendant. Learned counsel for the third defendant, on instructions, submits that he has no objection to this application being allowed.

3. In the affidavit in support of these applications, the plaintiff has explained that the legal heirship certificate of his father was obtained only on 30.12.2022. These applications are filed in these facts and circumstances.

4. Upon considering the above reason and being satisfied that it constitutes sufficient cause, these applications are allowed as prayed for.
