The petitioner herein has filed this petition to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.124 of 2012 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, during the pendency of this matter, the Investigating Agency has investigated the FIR in Crime No.124 of 2012 and a charge sheet has also been filed.
