ORDER
This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioners complaint dated 22.12.2014 and fix a time frame to investigate and file a final report.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentPolice.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner/wife lodged a complaint against her husband stating that he had entered into the house, in which the petitioner is living and cut some trees. Admittely, the house in which the petitioner is living belongs to her husband and threfore, he cannot be prevented from maintaining his own house. conducted and the same was closed and the copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Hence, this petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
