(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Sathya, to cause production of his wife, before this Court and to set her at liberty.S.TAMILVANAN J.
2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner/husband of the detenue is also before us.
3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that she is a major and that she is an Engineering graduate. She further told that she got married with the petitioner and that there is no illegal detention by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
anybody.
