These Criminal Original Petitions are filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 1st respondent to grant the petitioners necessary protection to live peacefully and to direct the 2nd respondent - Inspector of Police not to harass the petitioners herein.

2.Heard Mrs.Sudha Ramalingam, the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police. Perused the materials placed on record.

3.On a perusal of the entire materials, particularly the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that it is purely a matrimonial dispute between the parties.

4.In Such view of the matter, if any untoward incident or law and problem are created, the police shall take action based on a complaint given by the petitioners.

5.With the above observation, these Criminal Original Petitions stand disposed of.
