This application is filed for a direction to the respondent/Official Trustee to grant and register the lease by extending the period from 11 months to 20 years in respect of the leased out building and premises bearing No.246, R.K.Mutt Road, Chennai 600 028 for running the applicant's hotel business.

2. There is no representation for the applicant.

3. The learned Official Trustee submitted that the lease was extended for a further period of 11 months and the applicant has not commenced any work/business in the leased out building.

4. In view of the above, this application stands closed with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application.
