The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 302 of IPC @ 302 & 120 (B) of IPC, in Crime No.234 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant/mother of the deceased is that her daughter one Kowsalya had a love marriage with one Ranjith/A1 during the year 2021 and they have a male child. The victim Kowsalya was harassed by her husband/A1 and also by her in-laws, due to which, she was living separately and on 22.11.2022, the dispute between them was dissolved before the respondent, while so, on 04.12.2022, the victim was murdered by the accused. Hence the case.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he also stated that the deceased's child is only under the care of the petitioner. He further stated that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that daughter of the de-facto complainant was murdered by the husband of her daughter and by her in-laws. He further submitted that on enquiry it came to know that only based on the instigation of this petitioner (A2), the other accused have murdered the victim. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent and perused the entire materials available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and taking note of the gravity and nature of the offence, this Court finds that this case needs a detailed investigation, thereby, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
