O R D E R
In this Civil Revision Petition, from 24.08.2018, the learned counsel for revision petitioners has been seeking time to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondents 5 & 6.
2. Today(29.10.2018), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioners submitted that he is unable to get the details about the legal representatives of the deceased respondents 5 & 6 since his client is not in touch with him or his counter part in the trial Court.
3. This Civil Revision has abated as against respondents 5 & 6. It is seen that they have contested the Applications in the trial Court and the suit is one for partition. Therefore, the
dismissal of revision against respondents 5 & 6 would enure to the others as well.
4. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
