This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.04.2015 and investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. For the same cause of action, on the complaint given by one Revathi, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.179 of 2015 under Sections 294 (b), 323, 341, 506(ii) I.P.C. against the four accused.
