This Application has been filed by the petitioners to extend the time to execute the security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S.II), High Court, Madras through their Power Agent Ms.Preethika Rangarajan.

2.This petition has been taken up by way of "for being mentioned" made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. She would submit that the petitioners in the Original Petition are residing in U.S.A. and therefore, they are unable to execute the security bond as directed by this Court. Hence, the present application has been filed to extend the time to execute the security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S.II), High Court, Madras through their Power Agent. 3.She would further submit that since they are not in a position to travel to India, a Power of Attorney has been executed in favour of Ms.Preethika Rangarajan, which has also been adjudicated upon as Document No.30 of 2023 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Mylapore and therefore, she seeks the indulgence of this Hon'ble Court to modify the order dated 14.03.2023 to extend the time to execute the security bond as directed

by this Court in its order dated 27.09.2022 through their Power Agent. 4.I have considered the averments made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. The original adjudicated Power of Attorney bearing Document No.30 of 2023 in the Office of the Sub-Registrar, Mylapore was produced before this Court. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Application seeking to extend the time to execute the security bond. Hence, time for executing the security bond as directed by this Court in its order dated 27.09.2022 is extended till 15.04.2023. The Power Agent Ms.Preethika Rangarajan is also permitted to execute the aforesaid security bond.
