(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Though the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent is ready, no representation for the petitioner. 2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Indhumathi, aged about 20 years, to cause production of his wife, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 3.The alleged detenue Indhumathi, is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner/husband of the detenue is also present before us.

3.On enquiry, the detenue submits us that the second respondent is her father and the petitioner herein is her husband and she further submits that she is now living with her father and that she is not willing to go along with her husband/ the petitioner herein. 4.Having considered the submission made by the alleged detenue, we are of the view that to dismiss the petition, as there is no illegal detention. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum.
