Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2016 requesting for cancellation of the appointment of the second respondent as Noon Meal Organiser at the TELC Aided Middle School, Ayikudi, Veppur Block and to appoint her as Noon Meal Organiser at the said school and pass appropriate orders thereon within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner being a widow and mother of two girl children and resident of Karugudi Village, Veppur Panchayat Union, Perambalur District, had attended interview on 25.02.2016 for the post of Noon Meal Organiser in the vacancies in Perambalur District.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that though some of the ineligible persons have been selected, she was not selected for the said post. Therefore, she has given a representation dated 05.03.2016 to the Collector, Perambalur District/the first respondent herein, requesting for cancellation of the appointment of the second respondent as Noon Meal Organiser at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the TELC Aided Middle School, Ayikudi, Veppur Block and appoint her in the said post. But the same has not been considered by the first respondent. Therefore, she is before this Court. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner being a widow with two minor children, this Court deems it fit to issue direction to the first respondent, as the representation given by the petitioner deserves to be considered. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
