This application has been filed to grant leave to the applicant to sue against the respondent.

2. It is noticed that the applicant had earlier filed a suit against the defendant for recovery of amount from the defendant in C.S.(Comm.Div.)No.42 of 2021. The said suit was compromised between the plaintiff and the defendant in the course of mediation. A decree thus came to be passed on 12.08.2022 in terms of compromise. The defendant has now purportedly committed breach of the Settlement Agreement decreed by this Court on 12.08.2022.
