These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 322 days in filing the petition; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent viz., Kalavathi and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent namely Subhashini as the L.R of the deceased 2nd respondent and array her as the 6th respondent in the above appeal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions and since the respondents have given no objection in allowing these petitions, these petitions are ordered. 4.

The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
