ORDER

This application has been filed to clarify the Order of this Court dated 11.03.2024 passed in A.No.6051 of 2023 in C.S.No.504 of 2018 that the defendants shall pay their respective share within the time frame with an interest at the rate as fixed by this Court from the date of the Order till the payment by the respective parties. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The only concern of the applicant is that though the amount has been accepted by the defendants, the amount has not been deposited by them. Hence, requested that if

the amount is not deposited, it may said that the amount shall carry interest.

3. It is needless to mention that if the amount is not deposited, the same shall carry reasonable interest. Hence, no further clarification is required.
