Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to take possession of flat situated at No.1, Block I(1), Tamil Nadu Government Servants Rental Housing Scheme, Pollachi and issue possession certificate to the petitioner, consequently forbear the 2nd respondent deducting rent from the petitioner's salary by considering the petitioner's application dated 20.09.2010 and the petitioner's reply dated 11.06.2013 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This is the second round of litigation. On the earlier round, on a request made by the petitioner, by the proceedings dated 5.12.2012, he was informed about the dues standing against him over the rental flat and it was inclusive of demand, amount recovered and balance. By raising questions over the same, the petitioner once again made representation on 11.6.2013.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending representation dated 11.6.2013 may be directed to be disposed of, since the petitioner raised new issues.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondents also.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.6.2013 and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
