ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 20.09.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24329 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to alter the offence
and also complete the investigation and file final report within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Villupuram on 25.06.2024. He also produced a copy of the E-filing report before this Court.
