This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R., registered in Crime No.278 of 2022, dated 25.10.2022, on the file of Inspector of Police, Thimiri Police https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Station, Ranipet District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)states that on completion of investigation final report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Walaja, on 22.12.2022 and yet to be taken on file.

3. On perusing the petition to quash the F.I.R., this Court finds that no material to attract the parameters laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Neeharika Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., v. State of Maharashtra and others reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 315.

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
