ORDER

After presenting a settlement deed for registration, the petitioner has approached this Court because the document was not released.

2. Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice for the sole respondent. On the basis of written instructions, he submits that the document would be released to the petitioner within one week.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to release the settlement deed to the petitioner within a maximum period of one week from today.
