This court directed the learned District Munsif, Ponneri to dispose of the suit in OS.No.755 of 1992 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed on 31.10.2018 in CRP.(PD).No.2901 of 2010. The learned District Munsif, Ponneri, has sought for further extension of time of three months.

2.This court is satisfied with the reasons stated by the learned District Munsif, Ponneri and therefore, three months time is granted to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.755 of 1992.
