O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to complete investigation in Crime. No.455 of 2014 and to file a final report.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the Police require the original sale agreement from the defactocomplainant, which he has not submitted and therefore the Police is not able to proceed further with the investigation.

4. In view of the above, the defacto-complainant is directed to produce the original sale agreement to the respondent Police and co-operate with the investigation. The respondent Police shall expeditiously conduct the enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
