No representation for the revision petitioners. The Registry was directed to ascertain whether the execution petition in R.E.P.No.71 of 2005 in O.S.No.241 of 1996 on the file of the District Munsif, Rasipuram is still pending. The Registry after ascertaining the pendency of the above execution petition informed this court that the R.E.P.No.71 of 2005 in O.S.No.241 of 1996 was disposed of on 27.01.2003. Therefore, nothing survives in the present revision petition for further adjudication. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
