The Judgment and Decree dated 29.04.2010 passed in A.S.No.43 of 2007 is under challenge in the present Civil Revision Petition.
2. The interlocutory application was filed seeking permission to take additional chief examination. In view of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
order passed in C.M.A.No.2427 of 2010, this Court allowed the First Appellate Court to take additional chief examination, no further order is required in the Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
