These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 372 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to number C.M.A.Sr.Nos.5848 & 5883 of 2026, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same along with CMA Nos.202 & 203 of 2026 on 16.02.2026.

4. It is made clear that the petitioner will not be entitled for any interest for the default period, if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
