"Mr.Abul Kalam, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for respondents and seeks some time to obtain instructions and file a counter.
2. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking disposal of his application to shift the service connection in the category 'agricultural electricity service connection'.
The application has itself been filed only on 25.11.2021 and this Writ Petition is, prima facie, pre-mature.
3. At request of Mr.Kalam to obtain instructions, list on 15.02.2022."
2. Based on the observation in Paragraph 2 of this writ petition, the learned Standing counsel for the respondent, being called absent, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
3. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his representation with the authorities and obtain orders in accordance with law.
