3. The main contention of the learned counsel for the applicants is that the suit filed for framing the scheme. The very nature of the application filed for the interest of the temple in general. Though, there is dispute interse between the parties, the dispute mainly with regard to the temple properties.

4. Considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and the averments made in the plaint, this application is allowed.
